Important Notice about Returns and Exchanges

Dear customer,

In case it was a company error, we will take care of the return or exchange when the ship returns to port."

Return the product: Once you have notified your decision, you must return the products to us in the same condition as you received them, with their original packaging intact.

Refund or exchange: We will process your request promptly. You have the option to request a full refund or an exchange for another product from our catalog. The refund will include the product price and the original shipping costs you may have paid.
